Mariana Uzcategui is a Global Compensation and Human Capital Management consultant. Her latest role was the Director of Global Compensation at The Hershey Company since December 2023, where she embarked on leading compensation practices for 17 countries. Before this role, she was the Director of Corporate Compensation at Insperity and the Director of Talent and Rewards at Willis Towers Watson, where she led high-performing teams focused on talent solutions and project management excellence. Mariana also worked as a Human Capital Director at PwC, where she offered Total Rewards advisory services across multiple regions and made significant contributions to compensation strategies for M&A and HRIS implementation projects. In the early stages of her career, she held positions at Mercer HR Consulting, The Coca-Cola Company, and ConocoPhillips, directing consulting engagements in the US, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
Mariana has been the co-chair of the job seeker committee for GET since 2024.
Mariana earned her MBA in International Business from Loyola University Chicago and holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
