Tracy Gray is currently Vice President for the EZOps Mobile Oilfield Management division of Detechtion. In this role, Tracy manages all aspects of a portfolio of mobile oilfield applications including strategy, product development, PNL, marketing and sales. She is also the Executive Sponsor of the EZOps Customer Advisory Board. Prior to this role, Tracy served as the Vice President of Strategy, Marketing & Product Commercialization, the Executive Sponsor of the Customer Advisory Board, and a member of the Executive team at Intelligent Wellhead Systems (IWS) where she oversaw all aspects of strategic planning, marketing, and product commercialization. While at IWS, Tracy was awarded the Houston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business in Energy award, Top 10 Companies Revolutionizing the Oil & Gas Industry, and nominated for a Gulf Energy Award for the work of the Customer Advisory Board she sponsored and managed. With over 25 years of oil and gas leadership experience in transformation, strategy and marketing, Tracy’s remarkable ability to lead allows her to accomplish the impossible. Before joining IWS, Tracy served in a number of strategic planning and marketing roles. Most recently she was Global Senior Director of Strategy & Retention for Sodexo’s Energy & Resources division. Previously, she worked 15 years at Halliburton in various strategy, marketing, project management roles focused on innovation and new technology. She also spent 7 years at Royal Dutch Shell in various information technology, process and quality roles. Tracy earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Management, Computing and Systems from Houston Baptist University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Texas A&M University’s Mays School of Business. In addition, she completed the Harvard Business School’s Sustainable Business Strategy Certification Program and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
