Michael Dragos is a senior executive with extensive experience leading operations, supply chain, and capital project organizations within complex manufacturing and energy environments. He has successfully directed enterprise-wide initiatives spanning materials management, supply chain strategy, operational excellence, and large-scale project execution, delivering sustainable improvements in performance, reliability, and organizational capability.
A strong advocate for servant leadership and talent development, Mr. Dragos is committed to building high-performing teams and mentoring emerging leaders. His leadership philosophy emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and creating environments where individuals and organizations can achieve their highest potential.
Mr. Dragos holds an MBA and professional certifications in Six Sigma, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events.
