Kathy is currently the Strategic Negotiator at Google. Prior to Google, Kathy worked at Shell, the World Bank / IFC for more 15+ years advising countries on policies and strategies to maximize the benefits of foreign direct investment (FDI). She has lived or worked in 40+ countries, including emerging markets in Asia and Africa. Kathy is passionate about finding and implementing solutions that are a win for both business and society. She holds degrees and certificates from the John Hopkins University(SAIS), the World Trade Institute, and Oberlin College. In her spare time, she loves to cook (and eat), play tennis, ski, and run.
